Naudin Pere & Fils is one of the oldest wine producer & negociant from Burgundy. Founded in 1849, Naudin Pere Et Fils is based in Savigny-les-Beaune, covering 14 appellations, all located around the Corton mountain and the village.

Naudin Pere Et Fils Bourgogne Chardonnay 2020

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay from a blend of various vineyards around Savigny-les-Beaune, on clay & chalky marls soils.

Taste Profile: Pale & bright golden color. Aromas of ripe fruits & quince. On the palate, white peach, bergamot, and exotic fruits with slight citrus. Fine & elegant finish

Winemaking Process: After hand harvesting, the fruit is sorted, destemmed, and undergoes long vatting, manual cap punching & pneumatic pressing into stainless steel vats. It ages on lees for 8 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottling by gravity without filtering.

Buttery & Honeyed Whites

Full-bodied fruit and spice, often with the ability to age. This style usually relies on new oak to impart vanilla driven characteristics. Malolactic fermentation & on lees ageing also contributes to the texture
